KD Chart. You can do the interval bars using something like Qwt or QtCharts. You could even use a javascript Gantt chart library in a web view. Really depends on how much Gantt ability you need. All of these were found on the first page of Google results (http://lmgtfy.com/?q=qt+gantt).
