VS Add New Item Missing?

Using Visual Studio 2013 and Qt add-in 1.2.3 alpha, when I right-click the Qt project to add a new form it does not show any Qt template, any idea?

Ok let me put it this way, how long should VS2013 users wait before this issue gets fixed?

Updating with the recently released Qt VS add in did not solve the problem. So how do I add a new form to Qt project in visual studio?
