QGraphicsLayoutItem not adding to QGraphicsWidget

Hi,

I want to use QGraphicsLayoutItem to add in QGraphicsWidget which will be resized during runtime. I have prepared a code but output is blank. Unable to find the solution.
I am attaching entire code for reference.
