Do you mean CD/DVD ? I don't think so, some time ago I had to use IDiscRecorder2 (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/aa365407(v=vs.85).aspx), IDiscMaster2 (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/aa365380(v=vs.85).aspx)etc. interfaces on windows to implement this.
