Qt 5.4.1 How to set up debugger??

I have just downloaded Qt5.4.1 recently, so I want to write few lines of codes and try to build it. However, when I debug, the program announced that "No debugger setup". What should I do now? I am using Windows 8 and have already had VS 2013 in my PC.
