How to create transparent widget...?

Dear All,

kindly could any one help me to create a transparent widget. I'm developing a widget for my embedded device. while playing any video if open any widget which is actually hiding on the screen and video is not visible until I close the widget.

I would really appreciated your suggestions on this. Thanks in advance.
