Dropping out popup from the top.

Dear All,

Kindly do help me out to create a small widget, which is should be like dropping out from the top instead it should not be a like popup on the screen.

For example.
my widget contains the data like as below,

<item1>

this is the small widget want to create it (by scrolling right and left we can navigate to the next item). But thing is i wanted to display this widget like -- some thing is dropping out from the top instead it is pop-up.

The top of another window?

Means visual effect is should be like (when i open any small widget - half menu : it should be looks like some thing is falling down from the top).

Any class is there in qt to do all those visual effects related things?
