How do you use Qt Property System?

It seems that Qt Property System is very powerful.

But I don't know when should I use it.

I search the internet, it seems that the answer mainly focus on integrate customer widget with QtDesigner

Could anyone give an example to show it power in practice except integrating with QtDesigner?

Another main usage of the property system is with QML, e.g. when using QtQuick.
