How to remove focus from QPushButton

Hi,

I add wanted to add QPushButtons to left menu widget and I have a problem with red-focus on them.
I looks badly, but i have no idea why it occures.

On another QPushButtons there are no that problem...why??

What is a "left menu widget"?
How were the buttons created?
How are the put into the "left menu widget"?
