Tachometer Animation

Hi,

am new to QT tool.

I have Tachometer images. One is ruler and another is fill image. Please find the attachment.

I have to fill the fill image inside Tach image as per the received values.

Can you please help me on how to achieve this through animation or canvas or any better way.
