I am new in QT and I was wondering if someone can help me .

I want to make a Rich Text toolbar in a Tab used as a text editor with (Bold, Italic, Underline, SetFont,ChangeColor,Export(Html format).
How can I do this ?

Create a toolbar and fill it with actions which will trigger slots implementing the functionality you need.
