Paint circle dot in QPen

Hello. All in title :-) How i can draw circle dot (QPen) like this http://joxi.ru/wRmzgoH0JDEn2O

if i set QPen style to Qt::DotLine and cap style to Qt::FlatCap, QPen draw rectangle dot, if i set cap style to Qt::RoundCap, his dont draw round rect, not circle.

Yep, but i think QPen can draw dot line :-)
