Hello there,
OpenGL ES, Qt/11 - Qtopia Core?

from http://doc.trolltech.com/4.3/qtopengl.html
--------------------------------------------------------
>"Full Integration
It is also possible to do a full integration, taking the advantage of
accelerated hardware, but this requires a custom EGL implementation that is tailored for the given platform. Please contact Trolltech for more information"
--------------------------------------------------------

i'm not really sure how to ask this, but here it goes...

my goal is to have minimal OpenGL "layer" for Linux, to run OpenGL (ES)
code, with or without windowing system, so far i've done it with SciTech
SNAP/MGL:

Miniature, Linux based OpenGL development system without X

can someone answer these, please?

1.) For minimal foot-print OpenGL (ES) -with or without- windowing system,
which Qt should be used - Qt/X11 or Qtopia Core or other?

2.) Is it possible to run Blender(3D rendering app) on any of the
win-systems supported by Qtopia - via X11 or QWS or just in
full-screen without any windowing system?

here is the nice Beryl/Compiz-like embedded Win-system on GoForce GPU...
quite nice, i'd say!

3.) Is Qtopia the "right tool" to make something like that? do i use Qt/X11
or Qtopia core for that?

thank you,
