Hi,

I just got a clone of a git repository and tried to compile it in VS 2017. When I do, I am getting this error box.

12783

While researching this problem I found this thread (http://www.qtcentre.org/threads/53432-no-qt-version-assigned-to-this-project-for-platform-win32).

Following these steps I tried to adjust the version, but unfortunately my changes do not persist. They are not saved after closing the dialog box.

I hope you guy can help me with this one :)

I found the solution myself. The trick is to name the version of Qt exactly like whomever you got the repository from.
