MaxDB Driver

Has anyone successfully connected to and retrieved data from a MaxDB database using QSql on Linux? I've tried both the MySQL and ODBC drivers for Linux. With ODBC I can connect but I cannot retrieve anything. I fail to connect using MySQL.

Any help would be appreciated.
