After upgrade to 4.13.1 "Compile Output" view doesn't auot-scroll

When adding lines to the Compile Output window, after the window has filled up, the window doesn't auto scroll to see the line. This means, among other things, that I must manually move to the bottom of the window to see the end. After doing the install, I didn't change any configuration. Any insight into what I must do to get this back would be much appreciated. Is it possible to go back to the previous version?

I have just noticed, at least with 4.13.3, that the failure to scroll only occurs when i do a rebuild. If I do a clean, then a build the compile out window scrolls properly.
