PopUp a Menu when showing FullScreen

Hi all,
I have some strange flickering when trying to popup a Menu on a fullscreen widget.
Actually this occur if I minimize a fullscreen widget then show up again in fullscreen mode
and then popup the menu.
Is there something I can do?

On the widget or on the menu?

the flickering occurs on the widget, probably is something related to the activeWIndow or focus.
Is there a way to avoid a certain widget to become the activeWindow()?
