How to set the by default some size of the treeWidget inside Dockwidget

i m creating one treeWidget inside one dockwidget and setting one centralWidget label...initially treeWidget width is working fine...but when next time i m clicking on toolbar
then thiis treeWidget width is increment its previous width ...how i maintain the second time
width by default....

Do you modify in any way the position of the tree widget?
