Hi,

Is there anyway to my application is able to check whether or not the computer connected to Internet? And how to connect the computer to Internet if necessary?

Read about QHttp family classes. There is availables needed for you examples.

You are using Windows, so this may be helpful. http://www.ndis.com/faq/QA05040101.htm You will have to look up how to use the various APIs listed though.
