I'm making an application that's full screen. I'm able to make it full screen with my native desktop resolution. What I want to do, is change the desktop to a different resolution. For instance, I run at 1600x1200 on my desktop, but I want my app to be 800x600. I cannot find anything in the QT documentation that shows me how to do this? Can someone please give me some pointers?

I believe that this is windowing system specific functionality. I doubt there is a Qt way (or a nice cross-platform way at all) to do this.
