We save same photos to postgres, is there any possible way thet you know, we could list them to a file list, or a QDirModel?

You can create your custom model that queries the database for the images.
Next you need a view to display that list. The possibilities to display that list are endless, so that should be your choice.

Unfortunately I don't know much about postgresql blobs support and I don't really feel like learning it right now:), but I assume that if you managed to save those images in a table, you can also construct a query to get at least the names of the images. Even more, you can have the model provide thumbnail to the view, but I am not sure on the performance issues on this one, since you'd have to retrieve the entire binary content.
