    New to Qt?

Qt is a cross-platform application and UI framework. Using Qt, you can write web-enabled applications once and deploy them across desktop, mobile and embedded operating systems without rewriting the source code.

  • Moving from Qt 3 to Qt 4 Webinars

We’re pleased to announce that ICS and Trolltech will be hosting two webinars on Qt 3 to Qt 4 migration on December 13 and January 9, 2007.

ICS' Qt experts have helped a wide variety of organizations porting their applications to Qt 4. Because the Qt 4 series is not source compatible with the Qt 3 series, porting of applications is required to update to Qt 4.

Porting from Qt 3 to Qt 4 makes considerable power and flexibility of Qt 4 available for use in your applications.

The Moving from Qt 3 to Qt 4 webinars will cover the basic steps of migration, the provided porting tools, and areas of potential difficulty. Some sample programs from Qt 3 will be used as examples.

Attend the webinars for your chance to win a Qtopia powered Sony Mylo.
