  • Moving from Qt 3 to Qt 4 Webcasts

We're pleased to announce that Trolltech in cooperation with KDAB and Bugless will be hosting a series of webinars on Qt 3 to Qt 4 migration in March.

Qt experts from KDAB and Bugless have helped a wide variety of organizations porting their applications to Qt 4. Because the Qt 4 series is not source compatible with the Qt 3 series, porting of applications is required to update to Qt 4. Porting from Qt 3 to Qt 4 makes considerable power and flexibility of Qt 4 available for use in your applications.

The Moving from Qt 3 to Qt 4 webcasts will cover the basic steps of migration, the provided porting tools, and areas of potential difficulty. Some sample programs from Qt 3 will be used as examples.

Trolltech and our partners are committed to helping you move your application to Qt 4. To help with your efforts, we are offering a special promotion to attendees of the webcast, which includes a "Free Analysis of Your Code" delivered by an experienced Qt consultant from KDAB and Bugless. There are limited resources available to deliver this analysis, so get your request in fast.
