Intercept fullscreen state on other application

Is there a way to intercept fullscreen state on all application already launch ?

Does the function installEventFilter only work in the qt application ?

Not with Qt code. You could try doing it with native API though.

Yes and only within a single application.

If you are using Windows, you can install a hook on other windows. Other platforms could have similar mechanisms too.

I'm working on KDE.

I can't find hook event on window change state on linux.
I'll continue to search.
