How open my application in other PCs without Qt?

I need open my applications in other PCs, but I find this error


In English:

Hola.exe – Couldn’t find the item

Error when start the application because didn’t find QtCore4.dll. Reinstallation of the application can solve the problem.

NOTE: My application have been compilated.
