cannot find shared object file libstdc++.so.6

Hi
I have to execute my linux application in some other linux machine(any linux machine).I'm using Fedora core2 linux.

While executing the application in another linuxmachine i got the error
Error : Cannot find shared object file libstdc++.so.6
But its working fine in my machine.

Please anyone help me,what are the things i have to considered while i want to execute my application in another m/c.

Also anyone tell me how can i run the same application in windows.

oh no? should i have any special coding,so that my application works in windows too.
also tell me how to compile,i really stuck with this problem.
For the linux part,i think i have to distribute the library files with my application.
