Task to another application

Hi,

my problem is, that in my application A I run as process another application B. When user click at button inside my application A, I would like to change focus to application B (something like task manager do). Is there a way how to get list of all running applications/processes and change focus of them? My application is running on Windows and I cant make any changes in application B.
