Want to use QTranslator

Hi Friends,

I want to switch the language in application according to the user choose the language while loading.
My client has gave some text documents for all the details in all the languages.

Could anyone help me how to use QTranslator.
I never used QTranslator before.
Please help me. Its urgent..
