How to make this work for Windows Mobile

and i have made it work in Windows and Linux.
But when i copy files and all dlls it do not work at Windows Mobile 6

Please, is there something not right in my project.
how to make the type of the program run in Windows Mobile.

I dose work in Windows Vista and OpneSUSE Linux ..
but how to package it for Windows Mobile 6 ..
