Anybody send me a code of searching of a keyword in all files and folders and displaying the file names containing that keyword in qt 3.3.2

Don't expect requests like that to be answered. Your question is too general and shows a lack of any commitment from your side to solve the problem yourself.

As for now I can tell you to take a closer look at QDir, QFile and QString::find().
