Where did the cool stuff from Qt Extended go to? e.g virtual keyboard.

Qt Extended had nice things like the virtual keyboard:

I could not found anything in the latest Qt Creator (Qt Creator 1.3.1
Based on Qt 4.6.1 (32 bit) alias qt-everywhere packages. and not even in the Qt Mobility project.

I mean this cannot be true. Thanks for any hint about the point I am missing completely here.
