QtCreator on mac. How to add custom widgets?

Hello,
I'm using qtCreator 1.3.1 on mac os 10.6. Can somebody explain to me how to add custom widgets to the widget box?
A second question is about the help system. I understand that there is a bug in version 1.3.1. Any workarounds?
