I wanted to check what people think about the Trolls invalidating and closing bugs that blocks 4.7 release instead of keeping them on the bug tracker. Example is this one, which is easy to verify, it has a test project and has been a bug in Qt since 4.3.4!

This bug isn't critical, but from the bugs I watch, i see that a lot has been invalidated lately because of upcoming 4.7 release.
Anyone else seen this as well?
