Can't build QCA with Qt4.7.0

I was building QCA with Qt4.7.0 and got errors.

It saids "error: exception handling disabled, use -fexceptions to enable". I know it was because "g++ -c -O2 -Wall -fno-exceptions ...".
But how can I generate a makefile (by running "configure") which enables exceptions?
