Howto upgrade VS2008 Qt 4.6.2 to Qt 4.7.0?

(I wish I knew how to delete a post, I just saw the Qt Project Settings)

Ok, I have downloaded and compiled Qt 4.7.0, it is even showing up in the Visual Studio 2008 Qt Option's dialog and set as the default. I added this to my project:

#pragma message("Compiled with QT " QT_VERSION_STR)

And it keeps coming back with:

Compiled with QT 4.6.2

What do I need to do to make it compile with 4.7.0?
