Do you know how to use QtMessaging on Windows

Hi,
I would like to know how can use QtMessaging from QtMobility on Windows platform to deply it later on the phone. There is a bit problem. In docs of QtMobility, under Messaging, we can read:

On Microsoft Windows, MAPI header files are required to be installed, we recommend installing Visual Studio Express for this purpose.

That is the only one information about this. I need, and I think others too, a step-by-step tutorial how to do this. The main purpose of my app is sending an sms on my Nokia Device. QtMessaging needs special treatment I see. Thanks for help.
