Set Mouse Area ?

Hi,

I am newer of QT.
I want to make QT project of touch screen.

I have LCD touch screen and I want to use it to write something on it.

But I want to set writing area.
If them writing outside writing area. It nothing happen and mouse cursor is not move.
If them writing in writing area. It work like left click of mouse and show what them writhed.

can it possible ?
How i compile it ?

I just see Finger Paint.
Can it set touch only in application area ?
