N9 MeeGo Harmattan is heavily based on Qt and QML.
However it is hard to call it an "operating system". The operating system itself is C-based Linux. The same as the operating system for Android phones is a C-based Linux system.

I mean, use Qt development mobile phone graphical interface and application programs
