Description

This position is for a PDK (Process Design Kit) Developer to develop PDKs for Silvaco's customers in collaboration with worldwide leading Foundries.

Requirements

Must have:

MSEE
Minimum 2 years PDK development experience
Experience with schematic capture tools and spice simulation of analog, RF, and mixed signal circuits
Experience with Layout, DRC/LVS and parasitic extraction tools
Windows and Linux experience
Experience with Cadence, Mentor or Synopsys tools
