how to maintain aspect ratio for ui on different different desktop size

hi all please tell me how to maintain aspect ratio for ui on different different desktop size.ie my application user interface is changed (position of controls) on different desktop size.

Your layouts should be managing the relative positions of widgets according to the constraints you have provided. You will have to explain what you mean: perhaps with screen shots.
