Qt Config on Visual 2012

Hello Everyone.
First of all , sorry for ma basic English skills
Im trying to write my first program in QT , but i had a problem.
I use Windows 7, Visual Studio Prof 2012(mayby it is a problem ?) and QT Creator.

I downloaded Qt libraries 4.8.3 for Windows (VS 2010, 235 MB) and Qt Creator 2.6.0 for Windows (51 MB) , installed it and VS.
I want to start Qt GUI Project but have some errors.
The best way will by screenshots of config.

Could You tell me how I can solve this problem ?
Can I do it in VS 2012 ?

Qt is a library and it is essential for the library to be compiled with the same compiler as the one with which you are using to compile your own. Qt doesn't come with a pre-compiled version msvc11 compiler. It does come with vs2010. So either you can use msvc10 compiler used in vs 2010 or you will have to compile the whole qt source code with msvc11.
