about SXE ( Safe Execution Environment )

I configure qtopia4.2.0 phone edition added -sxe parameter.
I running qtopia default application all is OK,
but I running the application that I added into qtopia => it is fail.

and the log is below :

I find in "etc" folder has two SXE file => sxe.policy , sxe.profiles.
but I modify the two files , always can't run my application ....

Would someone could tell me how to slove this SXE problem ??
