How to get cursor shape?

How can I get cursor shape when application minimized?

on hotkey I call:

QCursor::pos() - is right, but cursor().shape() - always return "ArrowCursor" (even within the application).

How can I get real shape or cursor pixmap (Windows, MacOS)?
