Fastest way to clear a QList

Hi,

I'm doing the following to remove items from my QList :

for( int i = 0; i < m_Data.count(); i++ )
		m_Data.removeAt( i );

QList is defined as QList<QString>

Is there a quicker way as sometimes there can be over 500,000 QString's in the list.
