Installing QextSerialPort on windows

Can anyone give me some directions of how to install the QextSerialPort class (version 1.1) on the QT4 windows version ? Or a place where I can find instructions ?

As far as I remember, there is no install target. Just build the library and link it to your app like the example shipped with QextSerialPort does.

There is nothing to install.
You have to build the lib, and then link to it.
