JOB DESCRIPTION
Kitware, Inc. is actively seeking a talented Qt/QML Application Software Developer to join our team. Candidates will design, develop and improve medical image analysis and visualization software using C++/Qt and Javascript/QML in Windows, Unix, and Mac environments. Candidates are expected to have exceptional GUI layout and widget design skills. Candidates will also be involved in collaborative design with customers and in application testing and verification.
QUALIFICATIONS
Outstanding C++ skills and a passion for programming
B.S or MS in computer science or a related field with corresponding emphasis on user interface application development experience
Strong knowledge of GUI development using Qt /QML technologies
Strong creative skills in GUI design, human-computer interaction, look and feel strategies, and user experience improvement.
Strong communication skills
Prior experience in medical image visualization GUI software development and FDA experience is a plus
