Face Image need to capture after eye blinking with OpenCV

Hi,

I am doing a project on face detection and capturing the face after eye blink.FaceDetection got completed by using haar cascade file. but,I need to capture the face after eye blink.I am not understanding which method will help full perfectly,because this is a government project i need to overcome all the frauds.
So, Please suggest me.It is very urjent.I am new to this concept.
I am using Opencv-2.4.2 and Qt-4.7.4.
