Where is qt5 designer?

Hi, all:

Environment: Ubuntu 13.04
It comes with qt4-designer by default. I'm wondering is there a qt5-designer?

The problem now I'm facing is when I tried to build qwt-6.1, I got the error message:

error: QDesignerFormEditorInterface: No such file or directory

I may need qt designer support.

Search for QDesignerFormEditorInterface within filenames

Another option beside installing a Qt5 designer/creator is to install asecond version of Qwt - built with Qt4.
If you are only interested in the designer plugin you can enable the QwtDesignerSelfContained flag in qwtconfig.pri and install the plugin only.
