    Default GIF or MNG images for use in html for QTextBrowser

    Hi,

    using QT4.2.2
    I want to show an animated image for a link in html page being shown in QTextBrowser. Is it possible to show different parts of that animated image on different states of link i.e. normal, hover and clicked? If not, what other solution do you guys suggest?

    What image type should I use, GIF or MNG for this purpose? As far as I understand, QT is going to withdraw the support for gif images?

    Thanks in advance,
    Manoj

    Well, that isn't quite normative source of information, nevertheless there is no point in using GIF, if you have PNG and MNG.
