Trolltech newsgroup in Thunderbird

Hi,

I apologize if this is not the correct place for this thread.

I have configured trolltech newsgroups in thumderbird and able to download the emails from different lists provided there but I am not able to send any email to any of these lists. Can someone please tell me, what to be done in this case?

You have to register your email address to be able to post there.

Thanks for the answer. I registered there and it asked for a password. It is still not able to send the email and nowhere asks for the password with what it registered me.

It works fine for me. You must have done something wrong. Did you confirm the password by clicking on a link you should have gotten in an email?

Yes, I did confirm the password by clicking on the confirmation link came through email

And did you setup your news client to use nntp.trolltech.com as the server, the email address as the user and password as.... password?
